Bulletin Board:
1) The Department of Planning and Permitting (DPP) issued a FONSI (Finding of No Significant Impact) for the Lin Yee Chung Association’s Mānoa Banyan Court project. The FONSI is scheduled to be published in late February. Any litigation contesting the FONSI must begin within 30 days of the publication.

2) Aria Lane: application was updated and resubmitted. There is a new deadline for DPP to respond. Changes include removal of multi-family units (affordable housing) to off-site.
3) Young trees planted near tennis/pickle ball courts in Mānoa Park to mitigate noise from pickle ball (discussed at previous MNB meetings).
